It's a unique concept - we help you connect with guys who are
willing to donate sperm for free. You pay him for any out of pocket expenses eg if he needs to travel etc. If you are in the UK you can get any tests you want done for free at any NHS GU clinic, ask your local fertility clinic or GP where you can get STD and HIV testing, and you can also buy tests online.
Donors do not charge for sperm donations.

The FSDW site is exactly like a dating site except we help you meet donors rather than a partner! Its up to you what info you put in your profile and we suggest you dont give personal info such as
telephone numbers, and that you create an email just for this
purpose which can later be deleted.

As with a dating site, when people join we cannot verify anything
they say. Which is why corresponding and meeting him, and
getting tests done is important. We also offer a free donor agreement document in the member's area so you can both clearly state our intention.

When it comes down to it, most women actually want to know
what the guy is like anything- this will be the biological father of your child and as such inherit all types of things- personality traits as well as appearance etc- and you can ask for medical history. Some
ask the same donor to then father sibblings. And donors want

Sperm donation is the practice by which a man gives, or sells, his semen to be used specifically to produce a
baby. A man who donates sperm (a sperm donor) usually does so at a clinic known as a sperm bank. FSDW registered

The most common reason for using a sperm donor are that the recipient's partner may be infertile or he may carry a genetic disease. Donor sperm is also used when a single woman who wishes to become a parent does not have a male partner or when a lesbian couple chooses to have a baby.

A few tips to help you become pregnant through artificial insemination!

Sperm may be frozen and shipped to your international address when you use a US sperm bank.
You cannot freeze sperm at home as the temperature needs to be much lower than is possible without specialist equipment. When you make an arrangement with a privately listed sperm donor therefore you will need to collect a fresh sample. You will need to use a syringe to inseminate the fresh sperm- do this as quickly as possible after ejaculation to greater success rate. Inseminate with hips as elevated as possible. Lie down for at least half an hour after insemination - practice shoulder stands if you can:-) Use a kit to predict when you are ovulating - see the site for details. The first day of your period is the first day of your cycle. The last day of your cycle is the day before the first day of your next period. Normal menstrual cycles can range between 24 and 35 days in length. Ovulation occurs mid-way through the cycle, 12 to 16 days before the first day of the next period (not necessarily at day 14, as you may have been told) Ideally it's a good idea to inseminate two days in a row, at twelve-hour intervals (fresh sperm) within three or so days PRIOR to ovulation. A woman?s egg lives for only six to twenty-four hours after ovulation. Fresh sperm can live for three to five days within a woman's body, thawed frozen sperm will live for twenty-four hours at most. Timing is crucial!
